The Monahans Housing Authority held a Public Meeting at 5:00 pm on March 18, 2019 at our offices located at 209 S. Dwight in Monahans.
The purpose of this meeting was to receive comments on the Annual and Five Year Plan for the Monahan Housing Authority.
The draft plans and supporting documentation are available for download below,
and are also on display at our offices Monday - Thursday between the hours of 8am -12pm.
Monahans Housing Authority consists of 68 Public Housing apartments, ranging in
size from 1-Bedroom to 4-Bedroom; and 52 1-Bedroom rental apartments.

8am - noon and 1pm - 4pm
Report needed repairs by calling the office at 432-943-5962. For after-hours emergency* work orders, call the same number.
*If maintenance is called out after hours for a non-emergency, it will result in a charge to the tenant.
For your convenience, a drop box is located in front of the MHA office. It will be locked at 4pm on the 5th, and payments after that must include the $25 late fee and be made during office hours.
