Report needed repairs by calling the office at 432-943-5962. For after-hours emergency* work orders, call the same number and select option 9.
*If maintenance is called out after hours for a non-emergency, it will result in a charge to the tenant.
For your convenience, a drop box is located in front of the MHA office. It will be locked at 4pm on the 5th, and payments after that must include the $25 late fee and be made during office hours.
